id be so happy to go on one of those all day hikes. where i get there early in the morning and dont stop till right before it gets dark. itd be so awesome.

id really like it a lot too if we had similar stats!
mine are:
h: 5’6 ( 1.5m )
cw: 160 pounds ( 72.6kg )
i highly doubt this burns that much. but say you did it 2-3 times a day itd really help with weight loss and a little toning..
seriously thinking about doing this.
right now im averaging between 1100 and 1300 calories a day and do at least 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
i need to step my game up if im serious about becoming healthy !
should i do it?
